Lam Dong aluminum Company's Trade Union is determined to innovate and create for workers

On November 23, information from the Trade Union of Lam Dong aluminum Company - TKV said that the unit had successfully and successfully organized the 4th Grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The Congress was attended by 123 delegates representing more than 1,300 union members and workers throughout the Company.

The congress was attended by leaders of the following units: Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Trade Union, Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation and Lam Dong aluminum Company....

For the 2023 - 2025 term, the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union has proactively innovated the content and methods of operation, successfully implementing the Resolution of the Company's Trade Union Congress.

The patriotic emulation movement has been actively responded to by cadres, workers and laborers. Thereby, contributing to improving production and business efficiency, ensuring jobs and income for workers. The working conditions and environment of union members and workers have been significantly improved.

Activities to care for union members' lives and welfare have been effectively implemented, bringing practical benefits to union members and workers.

These include the Miners' Tet Program; Trade Union Shelters; caring for, visiting and encouraging families of workers in difficulty; implementing sightseeing and vacation regimes for cadres, workers and laborers

Thanks to that, the role and position of the trade union organization is affirmed, creating more confidence and stability in ideology for union members and workers to work and work with peace of mind.

From 2023 to present, production output, revenue and profit have continuously increased over the years. The company always exceeds the plan assigned by the Group and fully fulfills its obligation to pay the State budget, with each year's profit higher than the previous year.

Specifically, the total converted alumina production output reached 2,199,700 tons, equal to 112.8% of the plan. Thereby, it brought in revenue of VND 11,229 billion, reaching 104.7% of the plan; profit of VND 296 billion, reaching VND 284.6% of the plan. Thereby, contributing to increasing the average income of workers to 19.5 million VND/person/month.

During the term, the company's trade union rewarded 3,417 individuals and 23 groups in emulation movements with a total amount of 14.2 billion VND.

In the coming term, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Trade Union of Lam Dong aluminum Company will continue to innovate its organization and methods of operation.

The union will focus on building a team of professional union officials, taking better care of the lives, jobs, and welfare of union members and workers.

The trade union also improves the capacity to represent, negotiate, and protect the legitimate and legal rights of workers; gathers union members, builds a strong team of workers and trade union organizations, and contributes to building a company for sustainable development.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Lam Dong aluminum Company Trade Union for the 4th term, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 10 members.
