Vietnam Trade Union trains on organizing the Congress

In the training program, delegates focused on discussing three key topics, including: Congress financial work; Developing budget estimates, settling revenue and expenditure; plans to organize Trade Union Congresses at all levels; guidance on the Congress's personnel work; Congress propaganda work.

Along with organization and finance work, propaganda work before, during and after the Congress is identified as one of the key tasks, contributing to spreading the profound political significance of the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Therefore, Trade Unions at all levels will proactively develop a unified propaganda plan, closely following the goals and tasks of the Congress; promote vibrant and practical emulation activities, towards this important event.

Key propaganda contents include: Organizing emulation movements to welcome the Trade Union Congress at the same level and the Trade Union Congress at higher levels; launching cultural, artistic, sports programs, and competitions to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere among cadres, union members, and workers.

Strengthen propaganda in diverse forms, commend typical advanced collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of workers and civil servants and trade union activities.

Organizing synchronous training, closely following the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will help trade unions at all levels be proactive, flexible and effective in organizing the Congress, ensuring the right progress and regulations. This is also an important preparation step, contributing to the overall success of the 14th Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Mr. Le An Hai - Chairman of the Vietnam Trade Union further affirmed: The Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade has identified this as a key task from now until the end of the year. In the context of many difficulties in production and business, Trade Unions at all levels need to be flexible and creative, ensuring completion of progress but still fully complying with regulations.
