Grassroots trade unions organize workshops among workers
HCMC - In the workshop program, workers will learn about ESG, waste classification and participate in recycling old clothes and uniforms.
On November 5, the DIC Group Trade Union said that the unit is coordinating with the unit's Youth Union to implement a plan to organize the 2025 Workshop Upcycle program among union members and workers.
Scheduled to take place on November 18, at the Aurora Conference Center (Tam Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), union members and workers participating in the program will learn about ESG (Environmental - Environment; Social - Social; Governance - Governance) as one of the criteria for investors to evaluate businesses; classify waste and the trend of "Upcycle - turning old into new".
According to the plan, union members and workers will learn an overview of ESG, ESG in the real estate industry; what each worker can do... At the same time, participate in recycling old T-shirts and uniforms to become unique, environmentally friendly items. Thereby, spreading a green and creative lifestyle among union members and workers.
