Lam Dong - In the 2023-2025 period, the Trade Union of Bao Loc Traditional Medicine Hospital will promote an emulation movement with 13 topics to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment.
On October 26, Mr. Nguyen Van Dong - Chairman of the Trade Union of Bao Loc Traditional Medicine Hospital (Lam Dong province) - said that union members in the unit had just excited to attend the Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
According to Mr. Dong, in the spirit of solidarity and democracy, the congress has comprehensively evaluated the results of trade union movements and activities in the 2023-2025 period, and at the same time set out specific and practical directions, targets and solutions for the coming term.
Currently, the grassroots union has 4 groups with 95 union members. In recent times, the unit has implemented many appropriate activities and movements, attracting union members to actively participate, contributing to helping the hospital successfully complete its professional tasks.
The hospital's union and Board of Directors always pay attention to improving the material and spiritual life of union members through activities such as organizing birthdays, visiting, supporting when sick, in difficulty, on hiatus, giving birth...
In addition, art movements, sports, competitions, and seminars have been innovated in form and promptly rewarded, creating a vibrant and cohesive atmosphere.
Notably, in the period of 2023-2025, more than 13 topics and initiatives of workers have been accepted, effectively applied, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment for the people.
Every year, grassroots trade unions are strong, units achieve advanced and excellent titles and cultural agencies.
Entering the 2025-2030 term, the union determined to continue to improve its capacity to represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, the trade union also promotes emulation movements, innovates content and methods of operation, and builds strong trade unions and agencies.
