Grassroots trade unions recommend companies upgrade cafetaries for workers

On September 7, the Trade Union of Cua It A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. (Khanh Binh 14 Street, Long Binh Quarter, Tan Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the company is urgently completing the project to upgrade the dining room for workers.

According to the Trade Union of Cua It Aiao Technology Company Limited, the cafeteria area has been built for a long time, if continued to be used, there will be inconveniences such as the roof of the cafeteria is hot and rainy.

Therefore, the Trade Union has made a recommendation to the Board of Directors of the company to renovate and upgrade the cafeteria for workers. The upgrading of the dining room will ensure high, airy, and cool elements; creating a clean and beautiful dining space for workers.

According to Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Cua It Aiao Technology Co., Ltd., the total investment for the dining room upgrade project is about 645 million VND. All funds are supported by the company, and the project is currently preparing to complete. It is expected that on September 9, the new cafeteria for workers will be completed and launched.

It is known that Cua Y A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. has over 1,000 workers. Recently, the Trade Union has also recommended that the company increase the quality of shift meals for workers. Currently, the value of workers' shift meals is worth VND28,000/meal. The Trade Union also recommends that the company organize "Intimate Meals" every month to increase the portion sizes. This activity aims to care for workers, so that workers have more nutrients, ensuring health to participate in production.
