Joining hands to build Dong Nai province to develop green, rich, civilized, and modern

On November 7, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province, term 2025-2030, opened its official session with 346 delegates representing political organizations, socio-political organizations, social organizations, the Front at all levels and outstanding individuals from all classes, social classes, ethnic groups and religions in the province attending the Congress.

The Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province, term 2025 - 2030, is an important socio-political event, taking place in the context of Dong Nai and the whole country implementing the two-level local government model, while merging socio-political organizations and mass organizations under the Front, creating a new step in organization and methods of operation.

With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Efficiency", the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province is determined to accompany the Party Committee, government and people to build Dong Nai province to develop, worthy of its stature and position in the era of national growth.

The new Dong Nai province was formed after merging the old Binh Phuoc province and the old Dong Nai province, with an area of 12,737.18km2, a population of 4,491,408 people, including 95 communes and wards, with 25 recognized religious organizations; diverse ethnic minority groups (the old Binh Phuoc has 40 ethnic minorities, the old Dong Nai has 37 ethnic minorities). The province has 81 industrial parks, mainly in the old Dong Nai province; has 258.939 km bordering the Cambodian border.

The workforce with about 720,000 union members present in most key industries and fields directly creates a large part of the industrial production value and makes an important contribution to the provincial budget.

The farming force has over 418,500 households, of which over 195,000 members, playing a subjective role in agricultural development, strongly shifting from agricultural production thinking to agricultural economy, focusing on high-tech agriculture, ecological agriculture, agricultural economic ecosystem; Youth with over 400,000 union members, members; Women with about 790,000 people; Veterans have about 58,600 members...

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Huynh Thi Hang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province said: The 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province, term 2025-2030, is an important political and social event, receiving deep attention from all classes of people. All are sending their full faith and hope to the wise decisions of the Congress, with the theme: "Promoting the core political role, the strength of national solidarity, strongly arousing the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, innovative, creative, aspirational, united, and unanimously building Dong Nai province to develop green, rich, civilized, and modern".
