Chairman of Ha Tinh Labor Federation nominates delegate to the 19th Provincial People's Council

On March 3, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation announced that Mr. Nguyen The Hoan was running for deputy of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council of the XIX term, 2026-2031, in constituency No. 10.

Mr. Nguyen The Hoan, born on October 18, 1979, is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Member of the Executive Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee; Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Tinh province; Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation; Secretary of the Party Cell of the Trade Union Affairs Committee.

With 22 years of service, he has held many positions from high school teacher to Youth Union official, having held the positions of: Deputy Secretary, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; Secretary of the District Party Committee - Chairman of the People's Council of Loc Ha district; Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; currently Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation.

In his work, he upheld responsibility, maintained solidarity, promoted democracy and transparency; resolutely prevented and combated corruption, wastefulness, and negativity. He focused on caring for the people, workers, laborers and policy families; mobilized the construction of nearly 1,500 houses, and organized many practical volunteer activities.

If he is trusted by voters to be elected to the 19th Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council, term 2026-2031, he said he will continue to complete the assigned tasks well; stick to the grassroots level, listen to and promptly reflect voters' recommendations; coordinate to effectively implement socio-economic development tasks, attract investment, and build infrastructure. At the same time, take care of building the working class, improving the quality of human resources, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the new period.

Mr. Nguyen The Hoan participated in the election at constituency No. 10, including communes: Duc Minh, Duc Tho, Duc Dong, Duc Quang, Vu Quang, Mai Hoa and Thuong Duc.
