With leadership and management experience through many positions such as: lecturer, specialist of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Secretary of Yen Dung District Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Bac Giang City Party Committee..., comrade always strives to complete assigned tasks well.

The comrade was awarded 3 Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and 1 Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister.
