Mobile police officers return 30 million VND to the person who transferred it by mistake
Ha Tinh - The account unexpectedly received 30 million VND from a stranger, but the mobile police officer Tran Van Hoai returned it to the person who transferred it by mistake.
At 10:30 a.m. on August 4, while on duty at the unit, Mr. Tran Van Hoai, a conscript soldier of the Mobile Police Team, Mobile Police Department of Ha Tinh Police discovered that a stranger had transferred up to 30 million VND to his bank account.
Determining that this was the amount of money that others transferred by mistake, Mr. Hoai proactively reported it to the Mobile Police Team Command and the unit's leaders to ask for instructions.
After verifying the information of the person who transferred the money by mistake with the unit, in the afternoon of the same day, Mr. Hoai returned the entire 30 million VND to the owner.
