2 female environmental workers returned more than 9.5 million VND that they had picked up
Ha Tinh - While cleaning up the trash, two female environmental workers picked up a handbag containing more than 9.5 million VND and a phone and immediately found it and returned it to the person who dropped it.
According to Thach Ha Commune Police, at around 9:20 a.m. on July 31, while cleaning up the environment, Ms. Tran Thi Vuong and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam Chung, workers of Ha Tinh Urban Environment Company, discovered a leather bag falling in the area of National Highway 1, Thach Ha Commune.
Checking found 9,520,000 VND, 1 phone and some personal documents in the bag.
Immediately afterwards, Ms. Vuong and Ms. Chung went to Thach Ha Commune Police to ask to find and return it to the person who dropped it.
Thach Ha Commune Police quickly verified and identified the owner of the bag as Ms. Le Thi Hue (born in 1960, residing in Thach Ha Commune) and witnessed Ms. Chung and Ms. Vuong returning the property to the owner.
Receiving the lost assets and documents, Ms. Hue happily sent her thanks to Ms. Vuong, Ms. Chung and the Thach Ha Commune Police force.
