According to Thach Ha Commune Police, at around 9:20 a.m. on July 31, while cleaning up the environment, Ms. Tran Thi Vuong and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam Chung, workers of Ha Tinh Urban Environment Company, discovered a leather bag falling in the area of National Highway 1, Thach Ha Commune.

Checking found 9,520,000 VND, 1 phone and some personal documents in the bag.

Immediately afterwards, Ms. Vuong and Ms. Chung went to Thach Ha Commune Police to ask to find and return it to the person who dropped it.
