Returning more than 53 million VND to the person who transferred the money by mistake
Ha Tinh - Ky Lac Commune Police have just verified and clarified so that Mr. Tran Xuan Lanh (born in 1991, residing in Ky Lac Commune) could return more than 53 million VND to the person who transferred the money by mistake.
According to Ky Lac Commune Police, at 10:00 a.m. on July 3, the unit received a complaint from Ms. Le Thi An (born in 1978, residing in Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province) about her mistakenly transferring 53.3 million VND to an account under the name of Tran Xuan Lanh.
Immediately after receiving the information, Ky Lac Commune Police proactively coordinated to verify and clarify the content of the incident.
Through verification, the above amount of money was transferred to the account of Mr. Tran Xuan Lanh (born in 1991, residing in Tan Cau village, Ky Lac commune).
After being informed and explained by the police force about the relevant legal provisions, at about 10:30 a.m. the same day, at the headquarters of the Ky Lac Commune Police, Mr. Tran Xuan Lanh voluntarily returned the entire amount of 53.3 million VND to Ms. Le Thi An.
