At 4:00 a.m. on September 2, while patrolling to ensure security and order in the area, Second Lieutenant Tang Minh Phu, soldier of the CSCD Team, CSCD Department of Can Tho City Police, picked up a wallet containing 40 million VND in cash, along with important personal documents under the name of Huynh Khanh Huy (born in 2000, Phong Dien Commune, Can Tho City).
Immediately after discovering the lost property, comrade Phu reported to the Team Commander and the leaders of the CSCD Department, then coordinated with Hung Phu Ward Police to conduct verification procedures, contact and hand over the property to the missing person. The entire amount and documents have been fully returned, with a record of confirmation according to regulations.
