Appointing the Executive Board of 9 grassroots trade unions of new power companies
HCMC - The HCMC Power Corporation Trade Union appointed 9 Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions in new power companies.
On August 1, the Trade Union of Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (EVNHCMC) announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee and the Provisional Inspection Committee of 9 grassroots trade unions at new power companies.
This appointment was carried out in conjunction with EVNHCMC deciding to establish 9 affiliated units after merging Binh Duong Power Company and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Power Company into EVNHCMC, and at the same time merging a number of power companies in Ho Chi Minh City (old) under the direction of Vietnam Electricity Group, held on the same morning.
Mr. Le Van Minh - Chairman of EVNHCMC Trade Union - said that after merging Binh Duong Power Company and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Power Company into EVNHCMC, EVNHCMC Trade Union is currently managing 25 affiliated member grassroots trade unions with about 8,500 union members.
