Da Nang Trade Union officials must propose new ways of doing things
Da Nang - The Chairman of the City Labor Federation suggested that union officials must propose new and more creative ways to bring the highest efficiency.
News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on January 18 said: speaking at the 2025 conference of cadres and civil servants of the Trade Union Working Committee and the Trade Union of Industrial Parks, Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh, President of the City Labor Federation, acknowledged and praised the efforts, efforts and achievements of the two committees in the past year.
At the same time, Ms. Linh requested each cadre and civil servant to be proactive and adapt to the new situation. She hopes that each cadre, in performing their duties, must propose new content, new and more creative ways of doing things to bring the highest efficiency.
In 2025, in the context of many changes in the organization of the trade union apparatus after the merger, requiring increasingly high tasks, the Trade Union Working Committee and the Trade Union Committees of industrial parks have proactively advised the leaders of the Da Nang City Labor Federation to effectively organize the implementation of key tasks.
These results have contributed significantly to the overall results of the activities of the Da Nang City Trade Union, especially in the work of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
In 2026, with the motto of action "Promoting innovation; concretizing and bringing the Resolution of the Party Congress, the Fatherland Front, and the Trade Union into life", the two Trade Union Working Committees and the Trade Union Committees of Industrial Parks of the Da Nang City Labor Federation focus on advising on the effective implementation of key tasks, focusing on grassroots activities, and taking union members and workers as the center.
Thereby building a strong Trade Union organization, worthy of the trust of union members and workers, contributing to building a sustainable city.
At the 2025 conference of cadres and civil servants, the Chairman of the Da Nang City Labor Federation launched a campaign for 100% of cadres and civil servants to register for the initiative in 2026.
