Lao Cai - Babeeni Company has just organized a union meal with the participation of hundreds of workers and laborers.
On July 30, information from the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Lao Cai province, the Trade Union of Babeeni Garment Company, Lao Cai branch, coordinated with the company's leaders to organize a union meal for 350 workers and laborers.
Accordingly, every year, the company organizes union meals for employees at a higher level than usual, with a meal allowance of 50,000 VND/meal.
Currently, Babeeni Lao Cai Company is creating jobs, ensuring income for nearly 400 workers with an average income of 7.5 million VND/person/month.
To increase the spirit of solidarity, encouragement and motivation for workers, in July, the company arranged for workers to go on tours. Along with that, it is necessary to organize periodic health check-ups for 100% of union members and workers.
Sharing with Lao Dong, Mr. Hoang Tuan Hai - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Lao Cai province said: "Thanks to good propaganda work, improving the quality of shift meals is always of interest and focus to the leaders of Babeeni Company and grassroots trade unions.
In addition, the company currently has a separate cooking team for employees to ensure that meals are always nutritious and ensure food safety and hygiene. Even food samples are kept according to regulations, and the menu is publicly listed."
According to Mr. Hoang Tuan Hai, the grassroots trade union has coordinated with the leaders of Babeeni Company to build a corporate culture.
This is demonstrated through having workers and laborers raise flags on the first mornings of the week to arouse their spirit and increase working motivation.
