7 members of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Can Tho Antibiotic Company re-elected for the 2025-2030 term

Over the past 2 years, despite facing common difficulties, the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Can Tho Antibiotic Joint Stock Company has implemented many timely measures, meeting the set targets, gradually promoting the leadership role of the Trade Union organization, creating trust of union members, contributing to the implementation of the set goals.

The company has 171 officers and employees. Average income in 2023 - 2025 is 9.8 million VND/person/month. The security and order situation in the company is always stable, and the employment of workers is guaranteed, so the working spirit is secure. Labor conditions are getting better and better, the working environment is getting better and better.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Tran Tu Nhien - Vice President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation - acknowledged and praised the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union for its careful and serious preparation, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility towards the Congress and towards its union members and workers in the past term.

This achievement is a clear demonstration of the spirit of solidarity and unity of the collective of comrades, also a testament to the spirit of Good workers, creative workers, innovation to improve the quality of products, Ms. Nhien emphasized.

The Vice President of the City Labor Federation also requested the grassroots trade unions to innovate the organization and operation of the trade union more strongly. The Executive Committee needs to strengthen research and propose very specific and practical solutions to suit the new situation.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Company's Trade Union aims to generally innovate the way of Trade Union activities, improve the quality of the Trade Union staff to match the company's economic and political tasks, arouse the spirit of exemplary leadership in production labor, have a sense of responsibility, and contribute to building the company to be more and more sustainable.

At the same time, care for and protect the legitimate interests of workers, care about material and spiritual life to create stable income and long-term employment.

The Company's Trade Union sets main targets such as developing 100% of employees to be union members, building a strong annual trade union and strengthening propaganda, inspection and supervision in accordance with regulations.

The Congress elected 7 members of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Can Tho Antibiotic Joint Stock Company for the 2023 - 2028 term to continue to participate in the Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
