Grateful to nearly 1,000 workers of a shoe company in Dong Nai with 30 years of service

On June 27, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Vinh Cuu District) held a ceremony to thank employees for their 30 years of service on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the company's founding.

Mr. Dang Tuan Tu - Chairman of the company's Trade Union said that Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established and officially put into operation in July 1995.

After 30 years of establishment and development, from an enterprise with 5,000 employees producing less than 10,000 pairs of shoes per day, to now, nearly 40,000 people with excellent skills have developed, meeting the strict requirements of customers to bring to the market more than 120,000 pairs of high-quality shoes per day.

To show gratitude to employees who have made many contributions to the company, the grassroots union has had many practical activities to improve the material and spiritual life of employees, motivating them to continue to contribute to the development of the enterprise.

At the ceremony, the grassroots union presented gifts to nearly 1,000 employees who have been with the company for the past 30 years; at the same time, awarded lucky draw gifts with valuable gifts such as: washing machines, refrigerators, electric bicycles, motorbikes and 5 taels of gold.

In addition, the company will coordinate to organize a special meal to serve all workers.

This is a meaningful activity to thank employees for accompanying the company to overcome difficulties and develop sustainably.
