Presenting 1,506 gifts to support Lao Cai union members affected by storms
Lao Cai - The Provincial Federation of Labor has just held a conference to award support funds to union members and workers affected by storm No. 10 in 2025.
Accordingly, Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor has awarded 1,506 support packages to union members and workers affected, with a total value of more than 1.5 billion VND.
Specifically, union members and workers who are seriously injured and need treatment are supported with 2 million VND/person; in cases of minor injuries, they are supported with 1 million VND/person; the families of union members and workers with property damage are also supported with 1 million VND/person.
The funding source is provided by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the trade union finance of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation.
This support activity clearly demonstrates the responsibility and concern of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers, especially those heavily affected by natural disasters.
This is a timely source of encouragement, contributing to sharing difficulties, helping workers soon stabilize their lives and return to production with peace of mind.
