More motivation for union members from the Trade Union Shelter
Can Tho - The spacious Trade Union Shelter has added motivation to help union members feel secure in their work, improve their income, and improve the quality of life.
On June 13, the Thoi Lai District Labor Federation (LDLD) said that the unit had just coordinated with the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund Branch in Can Tho to organize the Trade Union Shelter Award Ceremony for 3 union members with housing difficulties in the district.
This is an activity of profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love, mutual assistance, helping each other and the concern of trade unions at all levels for the lives of cadres, workers, civil servants and laborers. Thereby, helping union members and workers stabilize their lives, work with peace of mind and complete assigned tasks well.
The union members who received shelter were Tran Thi Thanh Ngoi (working at Truong Thang Kindergarten), Huynh Van Thu (working in Thoi Lai town) and Nguyen Thi Bach (working at Truong Thang Primary School).
It is known that these union members all have difficult housing circumstances, do not have conditions for repairs, and are promptly supported by the City Labor Federation and the District Labor Federation to deploy the construction of the Trade Union Shelter. Accordingly, the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund Branch in Can Tho supports each union member with 50 million VND to build a shelter.
After more than 1 month of construction, the shelters have been completed and put into use. With an area of 40 - 70 m2, the shelter is built in the style of a level 4 house ( corrugated iron roof, walls, brick floor).
On the day of returning to their new homes, union members expressed their joy and gratitude to the Trade Union at all levels for supporting and accompanying the family since the first days of the shelter construction. From here, union members can work with peace of mind, complete assigned tasks and increase their family's income.
At the ceremony, Permanent Vice President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation Huynh Thi Hien represented and sent her congratulations to the families of the union members. At the same time, I hope that the union member's family can stabilize their lives and work with peace of mind.
