Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor encourages workers at the 220kV Transformer Station construction site in Vung Ang

Here, the Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor grasped the construction situation of the Vung Ang 220kV Transformer Station Project and related issues, difficulties and recommendations of the construction unit at the construction site.

After listening to the opinions of the representative of the construction unit, the Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor acknowledged the efforts of the unit's officers and employees in overcoming difficulties, overcoming the heat of construction to speed up the progress of key projects.

Giving gifts from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to encourage officers and employees of the construction unit, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung expressed his hope that officers and employees would continue to make more efforts to complete the project on schedule while ensuring the quality of the project to put it into operation to ensure safety and efficiency.

Vung Ang 220kV transformer station was built in Trai hamlet, Ky Thinh ward, Ky Anh town (in Vung Ang Economic Zone). The connecting route passes through Ky Loi ward, Ky Thinh ward, Ky Trinh ward, Ky Anh town.

The project investor is the National Power Transmission Corporation (NPT), assigning the Central Power Construction Project Management Board (CPMB) to manage the project. Vietnam Machinery Installation Corporation is the construction unit.

The project was given a groundbreaking order on April 20, 2022, expected to be completed in June 2025. Up to this point, Vung Ang 220kV Transformer Station has been basically completed.
