Launch to improve the quality of shift meals

At the conference, the Trade Union of Ha Tinh Economic Zones launched a program to improve the quality of shift meals for union members and workers.

shift meals not only help ensure the health of workers but also determine the labor productivity of the enterprise. Therefore, raising the responsibility of enterprises and trade unions, helping workers have nutritious shift meals is a necessary task.

In recent times, the Trade Unions of the Economic Zones of the province have worked with enterprises, directing each Trade Union to proactively negotiate and negotiate with employers to improve the quality of shift meals for workers.

To date, 98% of enterprises with trade unions under the Trade Union of Economic Zones of the province have supported shift meals for workers. In particular, many businesses support workers with shift meal allowances of 35,000 to 40,000 VND/meal.

At the conference, the Trade Union of Economic Zones of the province presented 20 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 500,000 VND.
