The Mid-Autumn Festival brings joy
This year's Mid-Autumn Festival, trade unions at all levels under the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union have implemented specific activities, bringing joy to union members and workers (DV, NLD) with meaningful gifts. What is worth noting here is that the way of implementing the gift giving is carried out in accordance with the production conditions of the unit. For example, at Vinatex Hong Linh Joint Stock Company, after a temporary suspension of work due to the impact of storm No. 10, in the days returned to work, the Company's employees have clearly felt the warmth from the care and concern for the spiritual life of the company's board of directors and trade unions. More than 310 gifts were presented to all staff, workers and employees on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Although small, the gift is filled with warm affection, demonstrating the traditional spirit of overcoming difficulties of the company's staff and employees after storm No. 10, working together for the company's development. This activity not only contributes to bringing a fully loving Mid-Autumn Festival but also strengthens the solidarity and cohesion between the collective of union members and employees with the company and the Trade Union organization.
At Nam Dinh Textile and Garment Corporation, due to the nature of production and work in 3 shifts, the trade unions of the factories under the corporation directly brought moon cakes to each booth to give to employees. The workers could not hide their emotions before the attention and care of the leaders and the Trade Union organization. Also on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Trade Union of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company presented 4,400 gifts to all employees working at the company. Tien Hung Joint Stock Company presented 3,700 meaningful gifts to all officers and employees. The Trade Union of Hanoi Textile and Garment Corporation organized the purchase of traditional moon cakes to give to members and employees in the corporation. The trade unions of the units in the corporation have implemented gift giving in accordance with the unit's situation...
Activities to care for members and employees through giving Mid-Autumn Festival gifts are practical. Moreover, here, the way of doing things of trade unions at all levels in the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union also leaves a deep impression on union members and employees. The gifts and traditional cake boxes handed over by leaders and union officials right at the production site have shown the sincerity of the unit and the union organization.
