A company in Dong Nai spends more than 1.5 billion VND to reward workers

On October 2, Posco VST Company Limited (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Commune) has just rewarded all 450 officers and employees officially working at the company with an amount of 2 million VND/person in their accounts and a day off with salary on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of the company's founding.

In addition, the company also gave 28 employees with 15 years of service a bonus of VND 7 million/person; gave 15 employees with 10 years of service a bonus of VND 4.5 million/person and 17 excellent employees a bonus of VND 3 million/person.

The company also gave a special lunch worth 230,000 VND/meal to all employees, the Board of Directors directly went to each workshop to give gifts, visit and encourage the spirit of the workers.

The total bonus for this period for workers and civil servants is more than 1.5 billion VND.
