Leader Garment spends more than 1.5 billion VND to take care of the 2026 Tet Sum Vay for workers
Vinh Long - The 2026 Tet Sum Vay Program of Leader Garment Company spends more than 1.5 billion VND to take care of welfare, creating a joyful atmosphere for workers during Tet.
On the afternoon of January 24, Leader Garment Company Limited (Vietnam) organized the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan On Party 2026" at Hoa Phu Industrial Park (Vinh Long province). The program attracted a large number of workers and laborers to attend, creating a warm and cohesive atmosphere during the days leading up to Tet.
According to the Organizing Committee, the total budget for taking care of Tet for workers this year is more than 1.5 billion VND, including Tet gifts, cultural activities, taking care of spiritual life and lucky draw programs. The lucky draw alone has a total prize value of more than 600 million VND, with many practical gifts, creating a vibrant highlight at the festival.

Sharing at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, a sewing worker, said that in the last days of the year, living expenses have increased, so the thoughtful care of the enterprise and the Trade Union helps workers feel more secure. "Not only Tet gifts, the program is also very fun, creating a feeling of interest and attachment to the company," said Ms. Lan.
According to Mr. Ho Minh Sang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Leader Garment Company Limited (Vietnam), taking care of Tet for workers is a key task that the Trade Union coordinates to implement every year. The Trade Union has proactively advised the Board of Directors to build appropriate activities, ensuring that all workers can celebrate Tet in a joyful and warm atmosphere, leaving no one behind.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Deng Mei Ying - General Director of Leader Garment Company Limited (Vietnam) said that although the company was affected by the global tariff situation last year, the company still tried to maintain stable jobs for workers. The salary is paid higher than the regional minimum wage II, and the company implements a 13th month salary bonus equal to one month's salary, an increase compared to the previous year.

In addition to salary policy, businesses continue to improve benefits through enhanced meals, giving Tet gifts and maintaining the annual "Tet Sum Vay" program. According to Ms. Deng Mei Ying, the close cooperation between businesses and the Trade Union is the foundation for employees to work with peace of mind, stay with the business for a long time and develop sustainably with the business.
