Tay Ninh Labor Federation coordinates to present "Union Shelter" and scholarships to workers' children
The "Union Shelter" and scholarship awarding program in Tay Ninh shows practical concern and care for union members and children of workers in difficult circumstances.
On November 1, in Long An ward, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation in coordination with the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund and Vietnam Industrial Park Company organized a donation ceremony to support the construction of a "Union Shelter" for union members of Ching Luh Vietnam Shoes Company Limited (Tay Ninh province) and scholarships for children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances who have overcome difficulties to study well in the province.
According to Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh - Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, this is a practical activity to welcome the Trade Union Congresses at all levels towards the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress and the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term and aims to promptly care for and support the lives, material and spiritual needs of union members and workers in difficult circumstances in Tay Ninh province.
Representative of Vietnam Industrial Park Company, Ms. Mac Le Hong Anh, Head of Marketing and Communications Department of Vietnam Industrial Park Company shared: "We are very happy to be awarded scholarships to students in difficult circumstances and support the cost of building and repairing the "Union Shelter" house for Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi's family. Each support is the gratitude and sharing of the Vietnam Industrial Park Company, sent to the workers who have always strived to contribute to the development of the homeland of Tay Ninh.
We also would like to express our sincere thanks to the Fatherland Front Committee, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, Lao Dong Newspaper and the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund for their support, helping the program to be implemented smoothly and to the right target. Hopefully, today's support will help families become more stable, children have more confidence and determination on their learning journey, thereby spreading the spirit of sharing and solidarity in the working community of the province".
From the bridge connecting the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund, Lao Dong Newspaper, sponsors of Vietnam Industrial Park Company and Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation met in a meaningful and practical program to care for union members in difficult circumstances and their children.
At the program, representatives of the sponsor of Vietnam Industrial Park Company presented a symbolic support to build a "Union Shelter" house with a support amount of 50 million VND to Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi of the Trade Union of Ching Luh Shoes Company Limited and 25 scholarships for children of union members in Tay Ninh province with difficult circumstances to overcome difficulties to study well, with a support level of 1 million VND/scholarship.
