Support 200 million VND for workers to buy union members' welfare goods

On May 31, the Trade Union of Saigon Agricultural Corporation (Sagri) organized the " Sagri Workers' Day" in 2025.

Mr. Dinh Anh Sam - Chairman of Sagri Trade Union - said that since the beginning of the year and during the "Workers' Month" in 2025, Sagri Trade Union and its affiliated member trade unions have organized many practical and effective care activities for union members and workers at the Corporation and enterprises and units under the Corporation.

At the Festival, Sagri Trade Union and its affiliated member trade unions presented shopping vouchers to 500 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total support amount of 200 million VND, so that union members and workers can buy discounted goods from "Union Member Welfare" booths at a discount of 10% or more.

Sagri Trade Union also visited and presented gifts to 19 male workers who had work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and diseases, each gift worth 1.5 million VND. This is a regular activity of the Sagri Trade Union carried out during the annual "Workers' Month".

For cases of female workers who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, and diseases, the Sagri Trade Union organized visits and presented gifts on the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8.

On this occasion, the Sagri Trade Union commended 6 collectives and 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
