Ho Chi Minh City - While workers are on holiday, businesses are making efforts to find orders and prepare to organize production after Tet.
On February 21, representatives of Asia Italy Door Technology Co., Ltd. (producing high-class kitchen cabinets, Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the enterprise is preparing conditions to reorganize operations after the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday.
Currently, business leaders are participating in exhibitions in the field of kitchen cabinets in the US. At the same time, businesses are negotiating and signing new orders to create more jobs for workers.
Meanwhile, the human resources department is also preparing to welcome workers back to the factory. Currently, Cua Y A Chau Engineering Co., Ltd. has more than 1,000 workers at the factory in Tan Hiep ward and more than 300 workers at the factory in Binh Co ward.
Mr. Dao Quang Tho - Human Resources Director of Cua Y A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. - said that during the recent Tet holiday, the factory is preparing to reopen production after Tet on February 24. At the beginning of 2026, the enterprise will recruit 250 more workers to meet production needs.
The grassroots trade union of Ky nghe Cua Y A Chau Co., Ltd. said that during the recent Tet holiday, the unit coordinated with the enterprise to organize many activities to care for and stabilize the lives of workers. Notably, the enterprise has allocated 26 billion VND to reward Tet bonuses for workers. The company also rewarded all workers who contributed to the completion of the factory's production plan goals, organized a year-end lucky draw to win 1.5 billion VND in cash. The company's grassroots trade union organized a 0-dong fair for 1,500 workers, gave Tet gifts and supported workers in difficult circumstances. The enterprise strives to create stable jobs with income from 8-14 million VND/month for workers.
