Appareltech Vinh Loc Garment Company aims for union members, gives many Tet gifts
Thanh Hoa - Through dialogue, appareltech Vinh Loc Garment Export Company Limited agreed to give 13th month salary bonus, giving Tet gifts to employees.
On January 24, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Trade Union and Appareltech Vinh Loc Garment Export Company Limited have just organized a dialogue, exchanged and agreed on policies and regimes to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026.
At the dialogue, in the spirit of democracy, openness, and harmony of interests, representatives of employers and representatives of workers analyzed the production and business situation in 2025; at the same time, reviewed the lives and incomes of workers.
On that basis, the two sides agreed on the 13th month salary bonus in 2025 equal to 150% of the salary used as the basis for social insurance contributions for all union members and employees working at the company.
In addition to the cash bonus, the company also gives each union member and employee a Tet gift worth 500,000 VND, contributing to encouraging, sharing difficulties, and helping workers feel secure during Tet.
Organizing dialogues and achieving consensus on Tet bonuses demonstrates the concern and responsibility of enterprises towards employees; at the same time, affirming the role of the Trade Union in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises, creating motivation for employees to stay long-term and develop sustainably with the enterprise.
