Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union joins hands to support union members at risk

On February 8th, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union has called on officials, union members, and workers to join hands to support union members working at Viet Fast Company who encountered serious traffic accidents.

Over the past time, union member Phan Thi Tuyet, working at Viet Fast Company, belonging to the Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union, unfortunately suffered a serious traffic accident, greatly affecting her health, spirit and life as well as her family, causing many difficulties in her current situation.

Promoting the spirit of mutual affection, the tradition of "the healthy leaf protects the torn leaf" of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization, responding to the call of the Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, all cadres, workers, civil servants, and laborers in the unit unanimously joined hands to support and share with union members in distress.

After a period of appeal, union members raised more than 35 million VND to support Ms. Phan Thi Tuyet's family to soon recover their health, stabilize their lives and continue to be attached to the unit in the coming time.

This meaningful activity continues to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, and at the same time spreading good human values in the community.
