Trade unions and enterprises in Hue are busy taking care of workers during Tet

As the Lunar New Year approaches, as companies in Hue City are rushing to complete year-end orders, the Trade Union and businesses are also quietly preparing many activities to take care of the Lunar New Year for union members and workers.

At Son Ha Hue Company Limited (Phu Da Industrial Park), the plan to take care of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 has been implemented since the beginning of December. The Executive Committee of the Trade Union has just completed its professional tasks, reviewed, made a list and classified the demand for Tet gifts for hundreds of union members and workers to order from reputable suppliers.

According to Ms. Nguyen Hoang Nguyen - Head of the Import-Export Business Planning Department, Chairman of the Trade Union of Son Ha Hue Company, this year, in addition to the 13th month salary, each union member and employee will receive a gift worth 800,000 VND; of which the enterprise will support 600,000 VND, the Trade Union will support 200,000 VND.

To make the gift more suitable for actual needs, the company's Trade Union issued survey forms, allowing employees to choose 2 separate gifts, including 1 part from the Company and 1 part from the Trade Union, with many practical options such as necessities, food, drinks, etc.

Letting workers register gifts according to their personal needs helps increase initiative and ensure that the gifts reach the expectations of the recipient, Ms. Nguyen shared.
