HCMC - HCMC Trade Union will organize many activities to care for about 350,000 workers in difficulty during the 2026 Lunar New Year.
On November 14, the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union announced that it had issued a plan to organize activities to care for Binh Ngo Tet in 2026 for union members and workers in the area.
This year, the theme of the program is "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" and the motto is "All union members and workers have Tet, enjoy Tet".
The subjects of care are union members and workers who have had accidents, serious illnesses, long-term illnesses, and occupational diseases.
In addition, the trade union supports workers who have lost their jobs, have reduced working hours, stopped work, or postponed labor contracts due to difficulties in enterprises...
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union, the care level for each case does not exceed 1 million VND. It is expected that the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union will take care of about 350,000 people.
Many activities will be organized such as "Tet Sum Vay" associated with the program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026". Trade unions at all levels will encourage visits, give gifts, give bus tickets, train tickets, flight tickets... to workers in difficulty.
