Rollsport Vietnam Trade Union accompanies and supports workers after storms and floods

The Trade Union and the Board of Directors of Rollsport Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. visited and supported workers affected by storms and floods, with a total cost of more than 50 million VND.

Recently, storms have caused damage to houses and property of a number of families of workers and laborers working at Rollsport Vietnam Shoes Company Limited. In order to promptly encourage and share difficulties, the Company's Trade Union coordinated with the Board of Directors to organize delegations to visit and provide direct support to affected workers.

Representatives of the Company and the Trade Union, including Mr. Nguyen Van Ty - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, along with members of the Executive Committee and department-level staff, directly visited each family to grasp the damage situation. At each destination, the delegation presented 2 million VND in cash and a bag of gifts of necessities, contributing to helping workers soon stabilize their lives.

In this period, 25 union members and workers were supported, with a total cost of more than 50 million VND, drawn from the Company's support and the operating budget of the grassroots Trade Union.

Discussing at the visit, Mr. Nguyen Van Ty said that the support is not only of material significance but also demonstrates the responsibility and support of the Trade Union organization and the Company's Board of Directors for workers in difficult times.

This activity continues to affirm the role of the Trade Union in caring for the lives of union members and workers, while demonstrating the close coordination between the Trade Union and enterprises in building a stable and humane working environment at Rollsport Vietnam Shoes Company Limited.
