Trade Union cares about life, increases food allowances for workers

On July 7, the Trade Union of Cua It A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. (Khanh Binh 14 Street, Long Binh Quarter, Tan Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) organized a shift meal program to increase the portion sizes for workers.

The lunch break on July 7 has fried fish with tomato sauce, vegetables, soup and egg stewed meat.

Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union said that the unit has proactively adjusted and increased the portion sizes for all staff, workers and experts. Although the activity is not large, it has practical significance in taking care of health and giving energy to brothers and sisters during times of many difficulties and challenges.

"We always observe, listen and find ways to improve the smallest things in our daily lives. From delicious meals, to a stable working environment. Everyone hopes that workers can feel secure in sticking with the company for a long time" - Ms. Le Thi Huong shared.

Also in this program, the company's Trade Union visited and encouraged 2 union members facing difficulties. The unit has provided 1 million VND in support to Ms. H.T.Th who had to be hospitalized due to gallstones and 1 million VND to Ms. S.T.Ch.Th who had a work accident.

According to records, in recent years, Cua Y A Chau Industrial Company Limited has had many programs to build harmonious and stable labor relations in the enterprise. About 1,000 workers have stable jobs with an income of 8-14 million VND per month.
