Thai Hoa Ward Labor Union improves skills, cares for the spiritual life of workers
Nghe An - The Trade Union disseminated the law, improved skills and exchanged culture and arts for more than 200 union members and workers.
On November 29, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) said that Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union in coordination with Nghe An Labor Culture House organized a program to disseminate laws, improve skills and exchange culture and arts for workers, civil servants and employees at Rubber Coffee Company Limited.
Attending were Vice Chairman of the Cao Nguyen Hung Provincial Federation of Labor, local leaders, representatives of the Labor Culture House and more than 200 union members and workers.
At the program, union members were disseminated knowledge about reproductive health care, equipped with skills to protect the health of themselves and their families. The Organizing Committee also presented gifts to union members in difficult circumstances, contributing to sharing and spreading the spirit of mutual love in the community.

Many teambuilding activities are organized enthusiastically, creating a joyful atmosphere, helping union members relax after stressful working hours and strengthening collective cohesion.
The program demonstrates the accompanying role of the Trade Union organization in caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers; at the same time, creating a healthy and useful living environment, strengthening solidarity among workers and civil servants.
