Phu Loi Ward Trade Union focuses on caring for and protecting union members' interests

According to the report at the conference, Phu Loi ward was established on the basis of merging Phu Hoa ward, Phu Loi ward and part of Hiep Thanh ward of Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province (formerly). Phu Loi ward has a natural area of 17.956 km2 with 21 neighborhoods. Currently, there are 105 grassroots unions with 12,484 union members in the ward.

Recently, the situation of workers in the ward has been stable, there have been no large-scale strikes. Phu Loi Ward Labor Union has launched the "Union Meal" program, resulting in 76 enterprises organizing this activity to care for workers; organizing the giving of 99 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to workers in difficult circumstances; coordinating the giving of 21 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances, with a total cost of 22.6 million VND;

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Phu Loi Ward Trade Union sets a target of developing 1,000 union members. Focus on improving coverage and quality of collective labor agreements through collective bargaining. The focus is on ensuring jobs, increasing salaries and income towards a living wage. In addition, improve working conditions, pay attention to improving the quality of workers' shift meals.

On this occasion, the conference announced the personnel decision of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of Phu Loi Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030.
