News from the Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on November 10 said: The Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union visited and encouraged businesses, union members, and workers affected by floods at Minh Thinh Loi Production and Trading Company Limited. Also attending was comrade Dang Van Ky, member of the Standing Committee of the Chairman of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee.
The ward union has presented the company with a support fund of 5 million VND and presented 28 gifts, each worth 2 million VND, to union members and workers of the company.
During the recent heavy rain, the company's headquarters and 28 union members were affected and suffered heavy property damage. The company's trade union has reported and proposed for the Da Nang City Labor Federation to promptly support.
As of November 10, Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union has provided support to 2 enterprises and 375 union members and workers affected by storms and floods with a total cost of 750 million VND.
