Mitraco Ha Tinh Trade Union takes care of the lives and welfare of workers

On January 1, 2026, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor announced that Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation (Mitraco) held a conference to summarize production and business activities and trade unions in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026.

In 2025, despite many difficulties, Mitraco will still maintain stable production and business and achieve positive results: consolidated revenue of nearly VND 1,700 billion, profit of VND 80 billion, and budget contribution of VND 32 billion. 100% of workers have jobs, with an average income of over 11 million VND/person/month; the regimes and policies are fully implemented.

Mitraco Trade Union has implemented many activities to care for union members and workers such as "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Chia", union meals, Workers' Month, periodic health check-ups, cultural - sports organization, tourism; at the same time, participating in social security with a total budget of more than 5 billion VND.

The trade union affirms its role as a companion to enterprises in improving welfare, improving working conditions and building harmonious and stable labor relations.

Entering 2026, Mitraco will continue to improve its management capacity, focus on core business areas, implement key investment projects, including Vung Ang Mitraco Logistics Center; expand joint ventures and associations in mineral exploitation and processing. The company aims to increase revenue by over 8%, profit by over 30% compared to 2025.

With new determination, Mitraco aims for sustainable development, playing the role of a key enterprise of the province; the Trade Union continues to accompany and care for the lives of workers, contributing to stabilizing production and improving the operational efficiency of the enterprise.
