Lam Dong Trade Union presents thousands of Tet gifts to workers
Lam Dong - More than 10,500 union members and workers in difficult circumstances have been cared for by the trade union through the Tet Sum vay program with a budget of more than 6 billion VND.
On February 14, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - said that the provincial trade union has completed the handover of gifts within the framework of the "Tet reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" program in 2026 to more than 10,580 union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
According to Mr. Hoang, each gift given not only carries material value but also sends the concern, responsibility and gratitude of the trade union organization to workers.

The total budget for care activities is more than 6 billion VND. Of which, the support source of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor with a total value of more than 1.5 billion VND.
From the budget of the Provincial Labor Federation, nearly 2.5 billion VND was spent to support more than 4,742 union members and workers.

At the grassroots level, the program recorded positive response from workers and businesses. Ms. Doan Thi My Thach - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Right Rich International Co., Ltd., the unit with the most union members in the province - shared that the Tet Sum vay program not only brings joy during Tet but also contributes to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

In addition to direct gift-giving, the application of technology in caring for union members continues to be promoted. Through the "2026 Online Spring Trade Union Tet Market" program, 4,500 union members have been supported. Each person received a voucher worth 500,000 VND, with a total budget of 2.25 billion VND.


Caring activities with thousands of gifts handed directly to union members and workers contribute to creating a cohesive atmosphere, encouraging workers to enter the new year with a positive attitude.

Not only is it practical support during Tet, the program also shows the sharing and responsibility of the trade union organization in ensuring that no one is left behind, contributing to consolidating workers' trust in the trade union organization.
