Dong Hieu Trade Union hopes that businesses will maintain and increase care for workers
Nghe An - Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union hopes that businesses will continue to develop sustainably and improve the lives of workers.
On the afternoon of October 12, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor said that on the occasion of the anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13), Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union visited, presented gifts and congratulated Shun An Company Limited - a business operating in the area.
Although Shun An Company Limited currently does not have a grassroots union organization, the business leadership always cares about and looks after the lives, jobs and welfare regimes for employees.
Thanks to that, labor relations at the company are maintained in harmony and stability, workers are assured of being attached to each other, actively producing, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
At the meeting, representatives of the Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union sent their congratulations to the collective of leaders, officers and employees of the enterprise on the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day; at the same time, acknowledged the company's contributions to creating jobs for local people, fulfilling tax obligations, social security and building a safe and friendly working environment.
The commune union expressed its hope that Shun An Company Limited will continue to develop sustainably, expand production, improve the lives of workers, and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
This is one of the meaningful activities demonstrating the companionship of the Trade Union organization with the business community, contributing to promoting harmonious, progressive and sustainable labor relations in the locality.
