328 workers in Hoai Duc district receive free health check-ups
Hanoi On May 21, the Hoai Duc District Labor Federation said that the unit had coordinated to organize free health check-ups for 328 workers.
Accordingly, the District Labor Federation coordinated with Hoai Duc District General Hospital to organize a free reproductive health check-up and early cancer screening program for 328 workers in the district.
To create the most favorable conditions for workers to come for health check-ups, the District Labor Federation arranged vehicles to pick them up and drop them off; prepared cake centerpieces, fruits, and milk for workers. During this examination, 200 workers were examined and consulted on health; 128 workers were examined, tested for blood, and screened for breast, cervical cancer, thyroid, etc.
Free health check-ups for workers are a practical activity of the Trade Union organization to help workers detect diseases early (if any) to have timely treatment directions, while being equipped with more knowledge about health care and reproductive health for themselves and their families.
