Clause 2, Article 25 of Decree 282/2025/ND-CP regulating administrative sanctions for violations in the fields of security, order and social safety; prevention and control of social evils; prevention and control of domestic violence (effective from December 15, 2025) stipulates violations of regulations on the organization and operation of forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level as follows: Fine from 3 million VND to 5 million VND for acts of insulting, threatening, obstructing, or opposing forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level while performing their duties.
Thus, from December 15, 2025, those who insult, threaten, or obstruct forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level while performing their duties will be fined from 3 to 5 million VND.
