Commune-level People's Committees must publicize the results of disaster prevention and control collection

Clause 1, Article 20 of Decree 53/2026/ND-CP (effective from February 5, 2026) amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 20 of Decree 78/2021/ND-CP on the establishment and management of the Disaster Prevention and Control Fund is amended and supplemented with a number of articles according to the provisions of Decree 63/2025/ND-CP as follows:

2. Commune-level People's Committees must publicize the collection and payment results, lists of domestic and foreign economic organizations that have contributed funds in the area; total funds allocated for disaster prevention and control and expenditure content in the form of: public explanation reports at annual summary meetings, posted at the headquarters of commune-level People's Committees, the e-Portal of commune-level People's Committees and on mass media in the commune.

Thus, from February 5, 2026, commune-level People's Committees must publicly disclose the results of collection and payment of the disaster prevention and control fund.
