Civil servants have the right to make recommendations on the quality classification results for themselves within 5 days from the date of public announcement of the classification results, according to the 2025 Civil Servants' Law.

Article 27 of the 2025 Law on Civil Servants (effective from July 1, 2026) stipulates the recommendation of results for classifying civil servant quality as follows:

1. When there is a basis to believe that the quality classification results are not in accordance with the provisions of law or the assessment regulations of the unit, the civil servant has the right to make a recommendation on the quality classification results for himself in writing to the competent authority for quality classification or the direct superior of the competent authority.
