Minimum time for rotating civil servants and managers according to current regulations
The time for rotating civil servants in leadership and management positions is based on Decree 170/2025/ND-CP.
Article 48 of Decree 170/2025/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2025) stipulates the time for rotating civil servants in management leadership positions as follows:
Article 48. times of rotation
The rotation period is at least 3 years (36 months) for one rotation. Special cases are considered and decided by competent authorities.
