Regulations on funding for signing contracts to perform duties of civil servants

The allocation of funding for signing duties contracts for civil servants is based on Decree 173/2025/ND-CP.

Article 13 of Decree 173/2025/ND-CP stipulates as follows:

Article 13. Implementation budget

1. The cost of signing a contract arranged by the state budget is a maximum of 10% of the total salary fund (including salary and salary allowances) and bonuses of the agency specified in Clause 1, Article 2 of this Decree and is estimated in the annual budget of the agency, organization or unit.

2. The agency specified in Clause 1, Article 2 of this Decree is allowed to mobilize resources in accordance with the provisions of law to supplement funding for signing contracts in accordance with the provisions of this Decree.
