Article 2 of the Law on Digital Transformation 2025 (effective from July 1, 2026), stipulates the subjects of application as follows:

Clause 7, Article 3 of the 2025 Law on Digital Transformation stipulates as follows:

Article 41 of the 2025 Law on Digital Transformation stipulates human rights and civil rights in the digital environment as follows:

1. Human rights and civil rights are recognized, respected, protected and not denied just because they are implemented in the digital environment.

2. Register, use and manage electronic identification accounts, electronic transaction accounts, digital signatures according to the provisions of law on electronic identification and authentication, electronic transactions.
