Allowance of 7,020,000 VND for non-specialized workers in wards and communes
How much allowance is currently available to non-specialized ward and commune workers in Da Nang is the question of reader Quynh Anh (Da Nang).
YouMe Law Company Limited said: The allowance level for non-specialized workers in communes and wards in Da Nang city applies Resolution 99/2023/NQ-HĐND of the Da Nang City People's Council for non-specialized workers working in wards and communes of Da Nang city (before arrangement); applies Resolution 12/2023/NQ-HĐND of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Council for non-specialized workers working in wards and communes of Quang Nam province (old).
Referring to the provisions of Resolution 99/2023/NQ-HĐND, the allowance is:
1.5 times the base salary is the monthly allowance, not including the city budget for additional allowances according to training level.
Calculated according to the current base salary of 2,340,000 VND (Decree 73/2024/ND-CP).
At the same time, in cases of concurrent holding multiple positions, only one level of concurrent allowance is enjoyed.
Non-specialized ward and commune officials receive an allowance of at least 7,020,000 VND/month when concurrently holding the position. If they have training levels, they will receive an additional allowance:
Support 0.36 times the base salary for people with intermediate qualifications; 0.6 times the base salary for people with college degrees; 0.84 times the base salary for people with university degrees and 1.17 times the base salary for people with master's degrees.
