Subjects entitled to the regime and policies in Resolution 07/2025/NQ-CP
The Government has officially issued Resolution 07/2025/NQ-CP, effective from September 17, 2025 and implemented until November 1, 2025.
The beneficiaries of the regime in Resolution 07/2025/NQ-CP include:
Cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces who are of retirement age according to Decree 135/2020/ND-CP.
Cadres from the commune level and above who are of retirement age, are receiving pension benefits, are unable to work, or are sick.
Contract workers in public service units.
People working outside the staffing quota at Associations assigned by the Party and the State at the provincial/district level before July 1, 2025.
full-time union officials work under labor contracts and receive salaries from union financial resources before January 15, 2019.
