Bonus level of households receiving Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level

Clause 3, Article 54 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2025) stipulates: Households awarded with forms of commendation will receive a Certificate, a framework and a bonus level of 1.5 times the bonus level corresponding to the forms of commendation given to individuals.

According to Point e, Clause 1, Article 54, individuals awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level will be awarded a Certificate, a framework and a bonus of 0.3 times the basic salary.

Currently, the basic salary according to Decree 73/2024/ND-CP is 2,340,000 VND/month. Thus, the person receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level will receive a bonus of: 702,000 VND.

Therefore, households receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level will receive a bonus of: 1,053,000 VND.
