Clause 1, Article 8 of Decree 66/2026/ND-CP detailing the provisions of a number of articles of the Law on Education (effective from March 15, 2026), stipulates the subjects and levels of policy scholarships as follows:
a) Students studying under the enrollment system; students of university preparatory schools, ethnic minority boarding schools; students of vocational education institutions for wounded soldiers and people with disabilities are entitled to scholarships equal to 80% of the basic salary/month;
b) Students from poor households studying in vocational education institutions for wounded soldiers and people with disabilities: the scholarship level is equal to 100% of the basic salary/month.
Thus, from March 15, 2026, the subjects and levels of policy scholarships are specified as above.
